2 packs of Indomie Mi Goreng Noodles
1 red and yellow capsicum (deseeded & sliced thinly)
500g mince
1 brown onion diced
2 cloves of garlic crushed
1/2 a chopped cabbage
1 carrot sliced thinly
1 cup beef stock
1 tsp curry powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornflour
oil for frying
some spring onion to garnish
