Cook both packs of noodles at the same time, set it aside to cool, add mozarella cheese and a bit of hot water and put it in the microwave for 60 seconds (for the cheese to melt)
Mix it well and place it onto a sushi mat (covered with plastic wrap before)
Spread it evenly and put kimchi, avocado, and prawn roll
Roll it nice and tightly
Cut into pieces, plate it and serve with wasabi
